Concept and format redevelopment for Multishow Music Awards
Since 2012 I have been part of a consulting team that has redesigned Multishow Music Awards, the biggest in Brazil, successfully merging mainstream and indie music, achieving record ratings of almost 3 million viewers.
We redefined all categories and program structure, creating a live panel where Brazil's top music critics and influencers chose the winners during the ceremony. The debate was streamed to their website and broadcast on a secondary cable channel.
The online strategy integrates the voting process with social media on the build up to the awards, and offers second screen activation during the program, leveraging all the artists fanbase to consistently generate trending topics on twitter.
